Health & Wellness Coach
BFA, UNC Wilmington
Duke Trained Integrative Health and Wellness Coach
Brittany is here to help you reclaim your vibrant life. For years she lost sight of what she really wanted for herself. She was caught in a reactive cycle--simply responding to what happened in life. When she finally realized that she should create her life and her own happiness, she discovered coaching. The intensive training she received at Duke Integrative Medicine was second to none and allows her to transform lives! From helping others to see what they want for themselves, to actually getting them there. It's a powerful thing.
Brittany uses a coaching method backed by neuroplasticity research. What that means: she'll guide the conversations you have in a way that gives life and power to your goals, then she'll help you find what works for your life to take steps toward those goals.
Have a conversation with Brittany and find out if coaching can get you to where you want to be.
