FitMix Classes at Body Wellness will change the way you view your Health & Well-being!


FitMix is a program designed to educate and help you become the best YOU.  During the course of a month, you will enjoy a rotation of 3 methods of fitness training.  With this total wellness approach, you'll be on your way to achieving your Fitness Goals!

FitMix is a body conditioning program that will provide a WHOLE BODY workout, which will focus equally on strength exercises, aerobic exercises & endurance.

FitMix exercises include upbeat workouts for ALL levels of fitness enthusiasts and are designed to provide fitness and overall toning by working every major muscle group throughout the span of your classes.

Strength-based training will target your glutes, arms & abs while toning some of your biggest muscle groups.  Circuit training will challenge your cardio & strength systems and offer a total body conditioning while improving agility & muscular endurance.  Additionally, FitMix offers powerful workouts that will get your body moving by combining cardiovascular training and toning exercises for a superior TOTAL BODY WORKOUT.

​Meet Tina Walton, the Body Wellness Fitness Instructor and Personal Trainer!  Tina is looking forward to working with a wide variety of clients outside the traditional gym setting.  She specializes in positive body image coupled with emotional well-being and overall health and wellness. Tina loves the challenge, so whether you are new to exercise, have lost the enthusiasm to exercise, or have been exercising your whole life but are ready for something different, Tina can help you attain your goals.  Thanks to Tina’s sincerity, dedication, compassion and commitment, all you’ll need is the desire – we’ll provide the knowledge, encouragement and support to get you to where YOU want to be!
Body Wellness Personal Training will be based upon many different fitness domains including weight loss, strength and conditioning, injury prevention, wellness coaching, and endurance training.  Enjoy the personal attention of both small classes and one-on-one training with Tina in the Body Wellness Fitness Studio.
